MIPI

MIPI represents - Music Industry Piracy Investigations. It is actually an extension of the Australian Recording Industry Association (ARIA) that focuses particularly in anti-piracy pursuits in support of the Australian record industry. MIPI acts on behalf of many record companies among which we mention the "big four", Universal, Sony BMG, EMI and Warner. MIPI collaborates with law enforcement agencies as well as other government agencies having as objective the protection of copyright owner’ interests.
