Firefox 3.5 May Set a New Downloads Record
Firefox 3.5 is finally out and just as expected within only hours since its release it was clear it was going to be a success. The company saw its browser downloaded one million times during this interval. Unsurprisingly, most of the downloads came from the U.S (about 1,800,000) with Germany following next (around 750,000 downloads – last time I checked). This rapid climbing already had people wonder if the release will break the 8 Million download record that Firefox 3.0 set in 2008.
