PS3 to Add VidZone Music Service
Gamers will be able to create playlist and stream thousand of music videos for free

Sony will bring VidZone to PS3 this summer
Sony has announced another strategic market move – the company will be introducing the music and video download service VidZone to European PlayStation 3 consoles in the upcoming months, which means users will be able to watch music videos free of charge, Afterdawn reports.
"VidZone is not just about giving music fans access to thousands of music videos, but offering a completely interactive and personalised music experience," said VidZone CTO Michael Russo.
The new addition to PS3 will gain revenue from ads and let gamers stream over 25,000 music videos and "behind-the-scenes commentaries."
Isabelle Tomatis, hardware and platforms marketing manager at Sony Computer Entertainment Europe pointed out how such an enrichment of the console was imminent: "Music has always been popular on PS3 and now VidZone is set to transform the way we view music videos by letting you completely tailor your experience and is just one more reason for PS3 to be the most valued player in your living room."
The company said it will make the app available in the UK, Ireland, Italy, France, Spain, Germany, and Australia.
