Wii Fit: No 1 in UK Games Chart

Wii Fit’s success marches on – it has been topping the video games charts in the UK for three weeks in a row , adding up to 12 total weeks that it has hit the #1 spot.

Behind this achievement lies an increasing tendency towards exercise equipment and weight loss solutions as summer is knocking at the door and everybody is starting to get concerned about how they’ll look with the bathing suit on.

The newly released sequel, The Godfather Part II, climbed on second position its sales down 35 %. Following in on third place is Fifa 2009 which falls in sales with 17 %. Although the sales dropped by 35%, Mario & Sonic at the Olympic Games still managed to place itself on 4 spot with Resident Evil 5 sticking to number 5 all the way and with a 30% sales drop.
