3Sixty Buys File-Sharing WebSite DivShare
Reston, Va. – 3Sixty Enterprises, a company specialized in developing content sharing and publishing technology whose motto is “to find the Internet's best, most promising technologies, and turn them into powerful businesses through acquisition, partnership, or capital investment”, announced the acquisition said of DivShare, the developer of an increasingly popular file-sharing site located in Boston.
DivShare, originally founded by partners Rob Howard & David Altschul, has become popular as a site that enables users to upload and publish photos, videos, music and other types of files.
According to the company there are over 1 million registered users worldwide for the site.
