Limewire Reigns Supreme as P2P Client
In August we reported that Limewire hit third place on most popular downloads top made by download.com (with 627,515 downloads) making it clear that it remains the most popular p2p file sharing application out there. With the version 4.18 LimeWire managed to gain in performance again through new features and overall functionality. This is proved also by the new position (2nd) the p2p client occupies in the top of the most downloaded software from the same site for the week ending September 28 with 737,326 downloads.
