Michael Moore’s 'Slacker Uprising' Available on Torrents

More than two weeks ago we reported that 'Slacker Uprising', director Michael Moore's latest film was to be released legally and for free on the torrents. Starting today the production has become available just as he promised.

The documentary, which appeal to new voters for the upcoming presidential election, was made available not only through the movie's official site, but also via BitTorrent, using the Pirate Bay tracker with PeerExchange and DHT allowed as well.

It’s not yet clear whether the controversial director intended to release his film on torrents because this way the geographical privileges (that allowed only US and Canadian residents to download the film from the film's site) were annulated or he simply was unfamiliar with how the BitTorrent protocol works.

However, what matters is that you can download they film from wherever suits you best.
