Swapping with Commuto

What is Commuto?
It's a smart swapping community that's commited to offer an online system that locates other people with items you're looking for automatically.

Similar to Craigslist's wanted section users are able to list items they want, regardless of their nature - electronics, text books, video games, etc. They are also allowed to list items they own but are willing to trade in. With this purpose the service has a built in search.

Once you've posted an item you're looking for, other users located within your area will become aware of what you're trying to find and this way you'll be able to swap one of their own items.

Alternately, if the ownership of the item in question has been already listed, the service will act as a pal-finder and introduce you to the other user.

The similarity to Craiglist goes on as one of Commuto's main characteristics is keeping things local. This means it doesn't include either a payment system or the possibility for you to auction off your assets. The only arrangement enabled is the swap that can occur after you have "made contact" with another person. Its simplicity is thrilling but a vital factor to keep things going is a proper number of users in your area.
