Nokia Goes File Sharing
Nokia seems to enjoy an ongoing development process. After we reported the acquisition of Plazes by the giant phone company, now we’ll take a look at Nokia’s latest release.

The company discreetly launched its Files on Ovi service on Thursday. This is Nokia’s response to an increasing demand: accessing music, photos, and other files on your computer directly from your phone and sharing files with friends easily. It comes as the result of another acquisition made by the company in 2007 - Avvenu. Using a desktop Connector program the Ovi platform grants access to files on your PC safely from any internet-connected device.
The service comes with a 60-day free trial period. Probably, after the free trial you’ll be able to use the service by reaching into your pocket. With the credit card at hand you can benefit from 10GB or 30GB of storage. Anytime Files will be available for uploading and even when your computer is not on.
