The guys “responsible” for Steal This Film and Steal This Film 2 have “recidivated”. According to P2P Blog, the enthusiast team has invited anyone interested in the raw footage of their second documentary to get it online free of charge. They are anticipating a positive response from film makers, remix artists and copyright activists who are expected to download the material for and reshape it after their own creative drive.
The material contains interviews with Bittorrent founder Bram Cohen, NYU professor Siva Vaidyhanathan, Reddit co-founder Aaron Swartz, EFF counsel Fred von Lohman and many others, and each and every clip is licensed under the liberal Creative Commons BY-SA license.
